Step 1: First, open your web browser or app. If you want to open your IRCTC account online, you can use the URL www.irctc.co.in. Go there.
Step 2: Enter your login credentials and sign in.
Step 3: Go to the My Account option in the right-hand sidebar.
Step 4: After this you have to select the option ‘Link your Aadhaar’.
Step 5: You will then be directed to the Aadhaar KYC page, where you will be asked to enter your ‘Name’ as per your Aadhaar card.
Step 6: Enter your Aadhaar number or Virtual ID, then check the provided check box.
Step 7: Click on the ‘Send OTP’ button to receive the one-time password on your Aadhaar registered mobile number.
Step 8: Enter the received OTP and press the ‘Verify OTP’ button.
Step 9: KYC response will be taken from your Aadhaar.
Step 10: Click on the ‘Update’ button to complete the Aadhaar verification process.
Step 11: A confirmation message will appear in a pop-up window; close the window.
