Fresh and raw mangoes are brought from the market to make Aam Panna. After boiling them, the peel is removed and the pulp is taken out and mint, jaljira, roasted cumin, black salt, sugar and some special spices are added to it. Before serving it to the customer, a small taste is given and if he likes it, a full glass is given. Manish says that it has been two years since he started the business of mango panna. He says that no work is small, if done with honesty and hard work, then good income can be earned from it.
Daily income is 3 thousand
Manish told that he earns about 3,000 rupees per day from this small business. There is no need for much cost to start this business. If someone has his own cart, then this business can be started in just Rs 35,000, and if the cart is to be rented, then it is possible to start it in Rs 25,000. The demand for mango panna increases rapidly in the summer season, due to which this business earns good profit. Many customers visiting Marine Drive have become fans of Manish’s Mango Panna.
