How to submit a complaint directly to President?
You can directly submit your complaint to the President using the email address us.petitions@rb.nic.in. Petitions can also be submitted online to presidentofindia@rb.nic.in. In addition to email, citizens can also file complaints with the President online by registering at http://helpline.rb.nic.in. After submitting a complaint, its status can be tracked on the website.
Offline method
If a citizen wishes to submit a complaint to the President online, several options are available. Citizens can also send complaints to the President by post. To send a complaint by post, citizens can send it to President’s Secretariat, Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi-110004, Gate No. 38, Church Road. Citizens can also submit their complaints in person at the Central Registry Section of the President’s Secretariat.
The President’s Secretariat receives complaints from the public and, based on their information, forwards them to the relevant central government ministry or state government. After a complaint is filed, the citizen is given a receipt and informed of the department or ministry to which the matter has been referred.
Online method
Additionally, citizens are notified of the status of complaints sent to the President via email or the website. The President’s Secretariat is headquartered in Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi. From here, not only are the President’s official work handled but also complaints and petitions from citizens are processed. Complaints received at the President’s Secretariat are resolved within a stipulated time, although there is no strict time limit for this.
