So, how do you create an instant PAN card from your Aadhaar?
1. Go to the Income Tax Department’s website at www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in.
2. Click on “Instant PAN through Aadhaar” found under “Quick Links” on the homepage.
3. Hit the “Get New PAN” button.
4. Input your Aadhaar number and the captcha code.
5. Click on “Generate Aadhaar OTP.”
6. Enter the OTP you receive on your mobile and click on “Validate Aadhaar OTP.”
7. Let your Aadhaar details be verified and then click on “Continue.”
8. Agree to the terms and click on the “Submit PAN Request” button.Once you’ve completed the application, you’ll get an acknowledgement number. This number lets you check the status of your PAN card by entering your Aadhaar number.
