PAN Card Update: The importance of a PAN card has increased significantly in today’s times. Whether you are filing income tax returns, opening a bank account, starting a business, or buying or selling property, a PAN card has become an essential document. It has become almost impossible to perform many financial transactions without it. If you lose your PAN card, there’s no need to worry.
That’s why the Income Tax Department has introduced the facility for PAN card holders to download their e-PAN card. This means you can download your e-PAN card from the comfort of your home in just a few minutes. Most banks and financial institutions accept e-PAN as a valid PAN card. A PAN card is a 10-digit alphanumeric number issued by the Income Tax Department, while an e-PAN is a virtual PAN card that you can use for online verification or other financial transactions.
Take care of your PAN card
