Learn the Offline Method
First, you need to visit the RTO that issued the original license.
Then, apply to the RTO nearest your current address.
After this, obtain Form LLD from the RTO or download it from the Parivahan Sewa portal.
Then, fill in the required details, such as your license number and personal information.
Follow this: attach all documents.
Then, ensure that the documents are self-attested.
The fee can range from ₹200 to ₹500, depending on the state.
Payment can then be made online or at the RTO.
The RTO can then verify the documents.
If necessary, additional proof may be requested.
Upload the required documents upon approval.
Upon receipt, a duplicate license will be issued.
You can collect it in person or at the registered address.

First, you need to visit the Parivahan Sewa website.
After that, click on Driving Licence Services.
Then, select Apply for Duplicate DL.
After this, carefully fill in all the required information.
Then, upload the required documents.
Then provide proof of identity, proof of address, and a copy of the FIR (if applicable).
Finally, pay the fees online.
Then track the status using your application number.
