After this a new page will open on your screen. Here you have to fill all the details asked. Here you will be asked about your name, distributor’s name, mobile number, address, pin code etc. details. After filling these details, you have to upload the scanned copy of the required documents. After filling all this, you have to submit the form and apply for the scheme.
