There is a bank holiday on July 5 in Jammu and Srinagar to commemorate the birth anniversary of Guru Hargobind Ji. Guru Hargobind Ji was the sixth Guru of Sikhism, and this festival is celebrated with reverence. July 17 (Thursday) – Meghalaya: Banks will remain closed due to the death anniversary of U Tirot Singh.
19 July (Saturday) – Tripura: Banks will remain closed due to Ker Puja.
28 July (Monday) – Sikkim: Banks will remain closed due to Drukpa Chhe-ji festival.
13 July is the second Saturday and 27 July is the fourth Saturday, so there will be a bank holiday across the country.
