If you haven’t yet joined this scheme, you should apply soon to avail its benefits. To do so, you must register at your nearest Public Service Center. Your eligibility is checked before applying, followed by verification of the required documents. After document verification, your registration is complete, and the Ayushman Golden Card is issued within a few days. This process typically takes 10 to 15 days.

Aadhaar card, ration card, mobile number, and residence certificate are required for this scheme. If the appropriate documents are not available, the application may be rejected.

The Ayushman Golden Card provides cashless treatment at over 13,000 government and private hospitals across the country. By showing the card at the hospital, patients can avail free treatment up to Rs. 5 lakh. This scheme has proven to be life-saving, especially for those who find it difficult to afford expensive treatment at large hospitals.
