Due to Airtel’s service being down, users are facing all kinds of problems. Users using social media, online payment and other digital services are facing problems due to the mobile internet being shut down. The matter of relief is that Airtel’s broadband and Wi-Fi services continued to work normally.

The problem was limited to the mobile network only. Along with this, Airtel has officially confirmed this outage on social media. Making a big statement, the company said that a network outage is being faced at the moment, and the technical team is engaged in solving it. The company has also apologised for the inconvenience caused to the customers. He assured that work will be done to normalise the services soon.

How many complaints have been registered so far

According to a report, Airtel customers in Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Kanpur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Kolkata are currently facing network and internet problems. The service remained disrupted till 4:30 pm on Monday.

During this time, more than 3,500 complaints have been registered. In this, 68 per cent of the users have reported issues related to mobile calls. 16 per cent have complained about mobile internet. While 15 per cent complained about not getting g signal.
