When will the 8th Pay Commission be implemented?

Now all the central employees are eagerly waiting for the implementation of the 8th Pay Commission. It is expected that it can be implemented by 1 January 2026. However, the 8th Pay Commission has not been constituted yet. A new pay commission can be formed in the month of August. A new pay commission is implemented every ten years. The 7th Pay Commission will complete 10 years by 31 December 2025. After this, the new pay commission is likely to become active.
