Volkswagen Tayron R-Line
Let me tell you first of all, Volkswagen will launch its new SUV Tayron in India later this month. This model will only come in full-loaded R-Line trim and is designed with premium customers in mind.

This SUV will directly compete with Skoda Kodiaq, but the positioning will be slightly above that. It will feature 19-inch alloy wheels, level-2 ADAS safety features, a 15-inch large touchscreen infotainment system, and several exclusive elements. The engine, gearbox and drivetrain layout will remain the same, but the features will give it a more luxury feel.

New Tayron Variants
Between April and June, Volkswagen will also offer some simple and low feature variants of the Tayron. The design of these variants will be a bit plain, but the core DNA will remain the same. Talking about the price, the initial price of Regular Tayron is considered to be around 45 lakh rupees (ex-showroom). For customers who want Volkswagen’s premium SUV, but R-Line’s budget looks heavy, it can become a balanced option.

Facelifted Volkswagen Taigun
Volkswagen will launch a facelift version of its popular SUV Taigun. This update will see changes in both exteriors and interior.
The new Taigun is expected to feature redesign bumpers, updated headlamps and taillamps, new 17-inch alloy wheels and light bars connecting DRLs. The Illuminated Volkswagen logo on the back will make it more premium.

The cabin now features such as panoramic sunroofs, 10.25-inch digital instrument clusters and ventilated rear seats (outboard positions). The engine will remain the same, but the new 8-speed automatic gearbox will be replaced with a 6-speed automatic.
Facelifted Volkswagen Virtus
Apart from all this, Volkswagen will also launch a facelift version of its sedan Virtus between July and September. It can see new headlamp and taillamp graphics, restored bumpers and new 16-inch alloy wheels.

The interior can also have 10.25-inch digital clusters and ventilated rear seats similar to the Taigun. The engine options will remain the same, but here too, a new 8-speed automatic gearbox will be replaced by a 6-speed automatic, which will make the driving experience more smooth.
