Ultraviolette Automotive has launched India’s first electric dual-sport motorcycle, the Shockwave Enduro, at ₹1,75,000 (ex-showroom). However, the brand is offering it at an introductory price of ₹1,49,999 (ex-showroom) for the first 1,000 customers. Ultraviolette Shockwave Enduro’s powerful battery and long-range

The Shockwave is powered by a 4kWh battery and a 14.5 bhp electric motor. On a single full charge, the bike offers a fantastic IDC range of 165 km. Additionally, it can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.9 seconds. With a curb weight of 120kg and a maximum torque of 505Nm, the motor guarantees an exciting and energetic ride. Moreover, the bike has the great top speed of 120 kmph on full charge.

Ultraviolette Shockwave Enduro Features and Specifications

The Shockwave bike features six degrees of dynamic regeneration, switchable dual-channel ABS and four traction modes for better performance. It comes shod with 90/90 R19 and 110/90 R17 dual-purpose tyres and rides on 19/17-inch wire spoke wheels.

There are currently five platforms available for the Ultraviolette. The sport bike comes on the “F” platform, the scooter on the “S” platform and the lightweight bike on the “L” platform. Two other platforms, “X” and “B” are also available; These will be used for models that have not yet been launched.
