Neo QLED touchscreen
New Tata Safari Petrol Ultra variant features a larger Harman touchscreen infotainment system, using Samsung Neo QLED technology. Its display is not only sharp, but the color and brightness also look much better.
This screen gives the SUV’s cabin a very modern and luxury feel. It also has Dolby Atmos support for music and entertainment, making Long Drive no less than a theater experience.

Level 2 ADAS
Tata Safari has already been reliable in terms of safety, but the Ultra variant makes it stronger. It offers Level 2 ADAS technology, which includes a total of 22 safety features.
This technology makes highway driving safer and stress-free. Features like Lane Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control and Automatic Emergency Braking take this SUV far ahead in its segment.
VisionEX Digital IRVM and Smart Features
Another major highlight of the Ultra variant is the VisionEX digital IRVM. It comes with an in-built dash camera, which provides added safety during everyday driving.
Safari Petrol Ultra also comes with smart features like a sliding armrest, camera washer, Alexa integration with in-built navigation, memory ORVMs, and an auto reverse-dip function.

New Hyperion Turbo-Petrol Engine
Tata Safari Petrol Ultra variant is powered by the company’s new 1.5-liter turbo-petrol Hyperion engine. This engine produces 168 bhp and 280 Nm of torque.
This is the same engine whose high-tuned version was seen in the Sierra. This engine will be available with 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox options on both the Safari and Harrier.

Price and competition
Tata Motors hasn’t yet revealed the prices of the Safari and Harrier petrol variants. However, both SUVs are expected to be around ₹1 lakh cheaper than their diesel variants. Upon launch, the Tata Safari Petrol will compete directly with petrol 3-row SUVs like the Mahindra XUV700, Hyundai Alcazar, and MG Hector Plus.
