The company has launched this cool sports bike to compete with the sporty bikes like the TVS Rider 125 and the Bajaj Pulsar 125 sold in the 125cc segment respectively. The starting ex-showroom price of new Hero Xtreme 125R bike has been fixed at the 95,000 rupees. This bike also has some features which are not available in any other 125cc bike.
Powerful Safety Features
This is the first 125cc bike in which single channel ABS is also being given along with disc brakes! The company is also offering a feature like Integrated Braking System (IBS) in its cheaper model, while the top model will get ABS along with disc brakes. That is, the company has taken full care of the safety of the riders in this bike. The design of Hero Xtreme 125R has been kept quite sporty, which will be especially liked by the youth.
Sporty Look
To challenge the TVS Rider, this bike also has a digital instrument cluster along with an LED headlight and tail light setup. Apart from this, the suspension setup has telescopic fork suspension at the front and Showa’s mono-shock suspension unit at the rear. Hero has installed a newly developed 125cc air-cooled engine in the Xtreme 125R. This is the first such engine in the segment that generates maximum power of 11.4 bhp and torque of 10.5 Nm. The company claims that this bike can give a mileage of 66 km in one liter of petrol.
This bike is available in both IBS and ABS options. The IBS model of this amazing bike is priced around the 95,000 rupees ex-showroom in Azamgarh area, while the ABS model is available at the ex-showroom price of 99,500 rupees.
