Harrier EV: Tata Motors is not resting on its Harrier EV, which has already caused a storm in the electric SUV segment. Having launched its AWD version, Tata has now launched a new Stealth Edition. The new addition is loaded with aggressive styling, thrilling upgrades, and additional power to entice premium SUV enthusiasts.

Design and Style

The Harrier EV Stealth Edition has an aggressive matte stealth black paint job that provides it with a powerful, distinctive road presence. It comes with R19 piano black alloy wheels with aero inserts, further enhancing the exterior appeal. On the inside, Tata has designed a completely blacked-out interior with a carbon noir theme. Leatherette seats and a darkened interior complement its sporty, luxurious feel, providing passengers with a luxurious experience similar to that of a luxury SUV.

Variants and Pricing

The Stealth Edition has four variants: Empowered 75 Stealth, Empowered 75 Stealth ACFC, Empowered 75 QWD Stealth, and Empowered 75 QWD Stealth ACFC. Their ex-showroom prices are ₹28 lakh, ₹28.75 lakh, ₹29.75 lakh, and ₹30.25 lakh respectively. All of these variants have a 75 kWh battery pack, making them efficient and powerful for long distances.

Architecture and Technology

Based on Tata’s new Acti.ev+ architecture, Harrier EV Stealth Edition becomes the first-ever Tata electric vehicle to be equipped with a sophisticated all-wheel-drive system. Previously, this technology was present only in products such as Safari, Hexa, and Aria. Customers can opt for RWD or QWD drives. The RWD version produces 235 bhp power with 315 Nm of torque, whereas the QWD version produces a robust 391 bhp and 504 Nm of torque.

Range and Battery Life

With a 75 kWh battery pack, this electric SUV provides great range for peace of mind. With full charging, the RWD model can cover up to 627 km while the QWD model gives a range of 622 km. These are record-breaking figures that make it an ideal choice for those who want to undertake long journeys without worrying about multiple charges.

Infotainment and Comfort

This SUV also receives an enormous 14.5-inch Samsung Neo QLED touchscreen infotainment system that can support wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. A 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster comes with it, which can display maps of navigation clearly. Ambient multi-mood lights in the dashboard, doors, center console, and even the sunroof provide an elegant and soothing feel on night drives.

Driving Experience

Tata has improved the driving experience with six drive modes: Normal, Sand, Mud Ruts, Snow/Grass, Rock Crawl, and Custom. They can be managed with a new rotary dial, providing drivers with confidence on any road surface or off-road escapade. Whether you’re navigating city traffic or tackling rough trails, Harrier EV Stealth Edition will tackle them with ease.
