Italian company Aprilia has launched its new and stylish scooter, the SR-GP Replica 175, in India. This scooter is essentially a special edition of the SR 175, but its look and design are completely different.
The company has priced it at ₹1.22 lakh (ex-showroom), which is approximately ₹3,000 more than the standard model. Its most distinctive feature is its MotoGP-inspired design, which is inspired by Aprilia’s racing bikes. This is why it’s named GP Replica. Stunning Design and Racing Look
If you look at its appearance, it features a matte black body with red and purple graphics, giving it the look of a racing machine. Aprilia branding and team sponsor logos are also present on the front apron and under-seat panel. A red stripe on the front wheel adds to its sporty look. This design will appeal to those who want a racing feel in their ride.
Advanced Features and Technology
In terms of features, it features a new 5.5-inch color TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity. This allows riders to view call alerts, navigation, and other information directly on the display. Furthermore, it also features full LED lighting and a USB charging port, making this scooter even more modern. For safety, the scooter is equipped with ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), which provides improved braking performance on all road conditions.

For riding comfort, it features 14-inch alloy wheels, telescopic front forks, and a rear monoshock suspension. Braking is handled by a 220mm disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear, along with single-channel ABS, which provides excellent braking performance in all conditions.

As for the powertrain, it’s powered by the same 174.7cc single-cylinder engine that produces 13.08 bhp and 14.14 Nm of torque. It’s paired with a CVT automatic gearbox, which makes the scooter very easy and smooth to ride, especially in city traffic.
