CTET Re-exam Date 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has made a significant announcement for candidates who were unable to appear for the CTET exam held on February 7th and 8th, 2026, due to technical or other reasons. The board issued an official notice stating that a re-exam will be held for students at exam centres where the exam was disrupted. While candidates are waiting for the answer key to be released, the CTET Re-exam Date 2026 has also been announced. According to media reports, the answer key will be released on the official website as soon as possible. The CBSE is expected to announce the results in March.

Exam Date and Time
The board has issued a new notice stating that the CTET Paper 2 exam will be held on March 1st, 2026, for the affected candidates. This decision has been taken for those candidates who were unable to appear for the exam due to technical glitches in the examination process.

CBSE has asked candidates to regularly check the official website, ctet.nic.in, for accurate information about their exam centre and timings. A new admit card for appearing in the exam will be released soon. Candidates will need to use their registration number and date of birth to download the admit card. The board has also clarified that the admit card will indicate the exam centre address and reporting time, which must be followed.

These items are not allowed inside the exam hall:
• Pencil, eraser, scale, or geometry box
• Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, or calculators
• Books, notes, papers, or any written material
• Bags, wallets, food items, or electronic gadgets
