It is learned that Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has given a cheque of Rs 50 lakh to the young talent Vaibhav for his great contribution to India’s success in the World Cup. It does not end here, the son of Bihar has received a car as a gift from Tata for making the country shine on other platforms including the World Cup.

Vaibhav did not sit for the biggest exam of his school life for cricket

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi was on a break for a few days after finishing the Under-19 World Cup. At that time, his Class 10 CBSE board exam failed. Similarly, the Indian star’s admit card was also issued. Initially, it was heard that Vaibhav would go to Poddar International School for the Class 10 board exam. However, later it was learned that he is not sitting for the board exam due to his busy schedule in cricket. The Indian cricketer took this decision after discussing it with his family. Moreover, the Indian Premier League is coming up. Preparations for it will start in the next few days. Keeping these aspects in mind, Vaibhav did not sit for the exam.

Bihar government is showering Vaibhav with awards

Vaibhav had set a big record by scoring a century for Rajasthan in the Indian Premier League last year. The Bihar government gave him a financial award of 10 lakh rupees for this feat of a player who was only 14 years old. However, this time, Nitish Kumar gave Vaibhav a financial award of 50 lakh rupees for his great contribution to the country’s victory in the World Cup.

Vaibhav received a car gift

In addition to receiving a financial award from the state Chief Minister for his good performance in the World Cup, Vaibhav was also gifted a luxurious Tata Curve car by the Indian company Tata. Suryavanshi went to the showroom with his father to take delivery of the car. Vaibhav said, “This is not a gift for me, but an inspiration to do better in the future. I thank my parents, coaches and supporters for my success.”
