New Amrit Bharat Express– Railways Launches New Train from February 23, Check Route and Timings

Amrit Bharat Express: Great news for train travelers in Northeast Bihar and Maharashtra! The Amrit Bharat Express is set to operate from Alipurduar to Panvel, passing through Samastipur-Khagaria-Katihar-Hajipur-Patliputra. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated this train on January 17th, and it will start its regular service on February 23rd, nearly a month later.

The Amrit Bharat train will leave Panvel on February 23rd and will travel to Alipurduar via DDU-Patliputra-Hajipur-Muzaffarpur-Samastipur-Khagaria-Mansi-Katihar. Likewise, it will return to Panvel from Alipurduar using the same route. Passengers are thrilled about the Amrit Bharat Express, which boasts modern and world-class amenities.

According to East Central Railway CPRO Saraswati Chandra, this is a premium non-air conditioned train featuring numerous advanced passenger facilities, such as mobile charging ports, an air spring body for a smooth ride, radium floor strips, hygienic toilets accessible for disabled individuals, fire detection systems for safety, talk-back units, and contemporary lighting.

Train No. 11031/11032 Panvel-Alipurduar-Panvel Amrut Bharat Express will begin its regular operations from Panvel on February 23, 2026, and from Alipurduar on February 26, 2026. The train will depart from Panvel every Monday and from Alipurduar every Thursday.

Train No. 11031 Panvel – Alipurduar Amrut Bharat Express will leave Panvel at 11:50 AM every Monday starting from 23.02.2026, traveling via Kalyan-Bhusaval-Itarsi-Jabalpur-Prayagraj Chheoki. It will stop at DDU at 2:58 PM on Tuesday, Patliputra at 6:25 PM, Hajipur at 7:50 PM, Muzaffarpur at 9:35 PM, Samastipur at 10:45 PM, and will arrive at Katihar at 3:20 AM on Wednesday. After a brief stop, it will depart from Katihar at 3:30 AM and reach Alipurduar at 1:50 PM, passing through Kishanganj-New Jalpaiguri-Siliguri.

Train No. 11032 Alipurduar – Panvel Amrut Bharat Express will leave Alipurduar at 04.45 hrs every Thursday from 26.02.2026, stopping at Katihar at 12.50 hrs, Khagaria at 15.23 hrs, Samastipur at 16.45 hrs, Muzaffarpur at 18.35 hrs, Hajipur at 19.30 hrs, Patliputra at 20.30 hrs, DDU at 00.08 hrs on Friday and will reach Panvel at 05.30 hrs on Saturday.
