Starting with pricing, the Hero Xtreme 160R Single Disc – OBD 2B variant starts at ₹126,772 on-road in Delhi. In this price range, this bike targets riders looking to upgrade from a 125cc motorcycle and want a little more power and style.
Design & Styling
Hero Xtreme.Designed on the 1.R concept, which was showcased in 2019 at EICMA, Milan. The same aggressive DNA is seen in the production model.

The full-LED headlamp with a radical look at the front gives it a distinct identity. The muscular fuel tank and upswept tail section give it a street fighter stance.
This bike comes in red, white and blue color options. Apart from this, a Limited Edition Red-White Scheme has also been introduced to celebrate the brand’s 100 million production milestone.
Engine
Hero Xtreme 160R features a 163.2cc BS6, air-cooled engine. This engine generates power of about 14.79 bhp and torque of 14 Nm.
Hero claims that this bike catches 0 to 60 kmph in just 4.7 seconds. This figure is quite impressive in this segment.
Its power-to-weight ratio is strong, weighing around 139.5 kg. Light weight and strong engines make it fast and agile in city traffic.
Suspension & Braking
The bike further features 37mm Showa telescopic forks and gets monoshock suspension on the back. This setup keeps the ride stable even on bad roads.

Discs in the front and drum brakes in the rear are available for braking, along with single-channel ABS.Braking feels reliable even at high speeds. ABS acts like a protective shield in the event of a sudden braking in the city.
Features
Nowadays the features are as important as the engine. The Hero Xtreme 160R offers full-LED headlamps, turn signals and tail lamps. It has a full-digital instrument cluster that shows the necessary information clean and clear. It also has safety features such as Hazard Switch and Side-Stand Engine Cut-Off.
Hero has also launched Stealth Edition, which comes in an all-black theme and seems quite premium with red highlights. This edition provides additional features such as USB charger, five-level LCD brightness adjustment and gear indicator.
