Suzuki Burgman Street Electric 2026 – Stylish Maxi Scooter now in electric avatar, know price and range

If any scooter has truly distinguished itself on city streets, it’s the Burgman. Its tall, premium, and slightly “maxi-scooter” look has always been a draw. Now imagine what that same style would be like with electric power. Yes, we’re talking about the Suzuki Burgman Street Electric, which is expected to launch in India in December 2026. Design

If you have seen the petrol-based Burgman Street 125, then the Electric version will make you very familiar. Its design in test models is almost identical to the ICE (petrol) model.

The front’s wide and slightly embossed apron, long and flowing tail section are all kept the same. The only difference is that the Electric model has a white and blue dual-tone color scheme, which gives it a distinct identity.

Battery and Range

Suzuki has not yet officially shared technical details. But it is being estimated that the range of Burgman Street Electric can be between 60 and 80 kilometers.

This range is considered fine for everyday city use. Small trips to the office, college or market can be completed comfortably.

Top Speed is also expected to be on par with other scooters in its segment. Although features such as fast charging and battery swapping will be found, it will be clean at launch.

Features

Electric scooters today have not just been a means of riding, but have become smart gadgets. Burgman Street Electric is expected to offer facilities such as Bluetooth connectivity and smartphone pairing.

Battery status, speed and other necessary information may appear on the digital display. If Suzuki makes it feature-loaded at the level of its rivals, it will not lag behind in terms of technology.

Price and Launch

As for its price, the Suzuki Burgman Street Electric is expected to be priced between ₹105,000 and ₹120,000. If it is eligible for the FAME II subsidy, the price could be even lower. Its launch is expected in December 2026, meaning we’ll have to wait a little longer.

Competition

Burgman Street Electric will compete directly with scooters such as TVS iQube and Bajaj Chetak in the electric market. Apart from this, OPG Mobility Faast F3, Kinetic DX and Kinetic Green Flex are also available in this range. The Ether EL Scooter, launched in April 2026, may also be its strong rival.
