Important note for Ujjwala Yojana beneficiaries
If you have a gas connection under the Ujjwala Yojana, you need to pay special attention. According to government rules, e-KYC is mandatory to receive the ₹300 subsidy on the 8th and 9th refills. If you do not complete the e-KYC, the subsidy will be stopped after the 7th refill. However, the good news is that the gas cylinder delivery will not be stopped; only the subsidy amount will not be credited.
Where to contact in case of problems
If you are facing any problems using your smartphone or having difficulty understanding the process, you can contact your nearest gas distributor or call the government’s toll-free helpline 1800 2333 555 for assistance.
