Parliament Budget Session: Prime Minister Narendra Modi responded to the discussion on the Motion of Thanks in the Rajya Sabha. PM Modi had distanced himself from this motion in the Lok Sabha, where he was not present. In the Rajya Sabha, PM Modi, while mentioning recent trade deals with countries ranging from the European Union to the United States, said that the whole world is praising our trade deals.
He said that the concerns about global instability have decreased. He further added that the global market has opened up for our youth. The level of discussion in this House should have been higher. The opposition missed an opportunity. He questioned how the country can trust them. One member was talking about economic inequality, who himself takes pride in being called a king.

The TMC members were giving sermons here, who themselves fulfill all the parameters of a ruthless government. They are using their power in the courts to protect infiltrators. These infiltrators are snatching away the livelihoods of young people and the land of tribals. And yet, they come here and preach to us. One of our members was speaking quite a lot. The one whose entire government was steeped in liquor, he was speaking quite a lot.
PM Modi said: The world is leaning towards India.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the world order is changing after COVID-19. The world is looking at India with hope and trust. The world is leaning towards our country today. India has becomeae strong voice of the Global South.

He said that even when he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat, he had shown his resolve through the Vibrant Gujarat Summit, and Japan was our partner. Today, the country is showcasing its capabilities. Attacking the Congress, he said that earlier, there was only vote-bank politics. If you analyse the speeches from the ramparts of the Red Fort, you will understand that they lacked vision.
