New Nissan Gravite 7 seater MPV – Nissan is preparing to further strengthen its lineup in India. Following the success of the Magnite, the company is now working on a new entry-level MPV, the new Nissan Gravite. It will be an affordable, practical, and family-friendly 7-seater MPV, specifically designed for customers who want more seats and a reliable package within a budget.
Launch Timeline
First of all, talk about the Nissan Gravite launch timeline, it is expected that this MPV will be launched in the market in early 2026. The official announcement of prices may take place around March 2026. Although the company has not yet confirmed the launch date, frequent testing indicates that the production-ready model is not far away. If everything went according to plan, Gravite showrooms could be seen between January and March 2026.

Platform
New Nissan Gravite MPV will be built on the CMF-A+ platform, the same platform that underpins the Renault Triber. Despite the shared platform, Nissan has made every effort to give the Gravite its own distinct identity.

Exterior
In the side profile, the new Nissan MPV 7-seater will feature thick body cladding, sporty alloy wheels, and prominent door trims. These elements give it the feel of an SUV-style MPV, which is becoming increasingly popular with customers.
Nissan has also teased an exclusive Teal color for the Gravite, which will not be available on the Renault Triber. This color option will help the Gravite stand out from the crowd.
At the rear, C-shaped tail lamps, chrome accents, GRAVITE badging on the tailgate, and a sculpted rear bumper will be available. Overall, the rear design is as sharp and modern as the front.

Interior
Talking about its interior, the Nissan Gravite will feature a distinct cabin theme and new upholstery. This MPV will feel fresh and practical once you get inside. Furthermore, features like a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless charging, USB ports, push-button start, and a cooled glove box will make it extremely convenient for daily use.

Engine and Performance
Nissan Gravite’s engine specifications will include a 1.0-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 72 PS of power and 96 Nm of torque. This is the same engine that powers the Triber.
Gearbox options could include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT. Additionally, Nissan may also offer a dealer-level CNG option, similar to the one found on the Magnite. The CNG version is expected to be priced around ₹70,000 to ₹80,000 more than the petrol model
Price
Nissan Gravite is expected to be priced between ₹6 lakh and ₹9 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. In this price range, it will emerge as an affordable 7-seater MPV and directly compete with the Renault Triber.
