Indian Overseas Bank has released the admit cards for the Specialist Officer (SO) Recruitment Exam 2025. Candidates who applied for this exam can now download the IOB SO Admit Card 2025 by visiting the official website www.iob.in. According to the information released by the bank, the exam will be held on November 16, 2025, at various exam centres.

How to Download the IOB SO Admit Card 2025
Candidates can download their admit card by following the simple steps below.
- First, visit the official website of Indian Overseas Bank, www.iob.in.
- Click on the ‘Career’ section on the homepage.
- Now, click on the “IOB Specialist Officer Admit Card 2025” link.
- Enter your registration number, password, and captcha code on the login page.
- After clicking the ‘Submit’ button, the admit card will appear on your screen.
- Download it and take a printout, and bring it with you on the exam day.
Candidates are advised to carefully check all the information mentioned on the admit card after downloading it, such as name, roll number, exam date, time, and examination centre address.
IOB Specialist Officer Exam Pattern 2025
Candidates will be asked 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in the Specialist Officer exam. The total duration of the exam will be 2 hours, and it will carry 100 marks.
The subject-wise breakdown of the exam is as follows:

- Banking Industry General Awareness
- Professional Knowledge
Candidates taking the exam should note that negative marking of 0.25 marks will apply for each wrong answer. Therefore, answer carefully.
To pass the exam, candidates from the unreserved category (General) will need to score at least 35%, while those from the reserved category (SC/ST/OBC) will need to score 30%.
