MPPSC State Service Final Result 2023 Released. The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released the final result for the State Service Exam 2023. Candidates who appeared in all stages of the exam can now view and download their results by visiting the Commission’s official website, mppsc.mp.gov.in.
A total of 229 posts were to be filled through this exam. The final result lists the selected candidates with their names and roll numbers. If you appeared in this exam, you can download your result using the steps below. After that, follow the Commission’s guidelines.

Here’s the Topper List
This year, Ajit Kumar Mishra performed brilliantly in the State Service Exam 2023, topping the state with a total of 966 marks. He was followed by Bhuvnesh Chauhan, who secured second place with 941.75 marks, while Yashpal Swarnkar secured third place with 909.25 marks. Interestingly, three female candidates also made it to the top 10, while the top five positions were all held by male candidates.
When were the exam and interview held?
According to the MPPSC, the State Services Examination 2023 was conducted in three stages:
- Prelims: December 17, 2023
- Mains: March 11 to 16, 2024
- Interview/Personality Test: July 2025
After completion of all stages, the Commission declared the final results on November 8, 2025.
A total of 229 posts will be filled.
This examination will fill positions in Group A and Group B categories in various state government departments. These include prestigious administrative positions, including Deputy Collector, DSP, Tehsildar, Assistant Director, and Naib Tehsildar. The Commission stated that appointments will be made based on merit, category-wise reservations, and preferences submitted by candidates.

Commission Provides Important Information
MPPSC stated that the results have been prepared in accordance with the State Service Rules and government guidelines. Open category candidates have been accommodated in unreserved seats only. The Commission has urged candidates to read the official notice on the website for further information regarding the process.
