Train Cancelled: Major setback for train passengers. Every day, countless trains travel between various cities throughout the country, with millions relying on them to get to their destinations. Renovation work has kicked off at the Shalimar station yard, leading to the temporary cancellation of several trains. This situation will persist until November 21st. Additionally, some trains have been rerouted. If you have tickets for these dates, make sure to verify whether your train is canceled or diverted to prevent any hassle on your travel day.

The Railways has announced that renovation work will take place at the Shalimar station yard from November 8th to November 21st. During this time, several long-distance trains traveling through the Chakradharpur division of South Eastern Railway will be suspended. A total of 10 express trains will not be running during these dates. The Railways has advised passengers to check their train status updates on the IRCTC website or call the railway enquiry number before starting their journey to avoid any inconvenience.

Train No. 22830 Shalimar – Bhuj Superfast Express is canceled on November 8 and 15.

Train No. 15022 Gorakhpur – Shalimar Weekly Express is canceled on November 10 and 17.

Train No. 12101 Mumbai Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Shalimar Gyaneshwari Express will reach Santragachi on the 18th of November.
Train No. 12102 Shalimar – Mumbai Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Gyaneshwari Express will depart from Santragachi on the 20th of November.
Train No. 12905 Porbandar – Shalimar Superfast Express will arrive at Santragachi on the 19th of November.
