Design

The 2025 Benelli TRK 502 and TRK 502X don’t feature any major design changes, but a few key improvements have been made. These bikes’ signature “Adventure” feel remains – the high mudguard, thick wheels, and that tall fuel tank that tempts you to take on long journeys. For the 2025 model, Benelli has updated the headlight unit. Its LED headlight and DRLs (Daytime Running Lamps) now look more modern and sharp, as if a Bahubali has donned a new helmet. This not only improves visibility at night, but also makes the bike’s overall presence feel more imposing. This new look is enough to make it recognizable.

Engine and Performance

The 2025 TRK 502 series features the same old, yet remarkable 500cc parallel-twin engine, which delivers 47.5 hp of power and 46 Nm of torque. You might be wondering, what’s new? That’s a valid question. The engine remains the same, but some tuning changes have been made to improve low-end and mid-range performance.  This means that now driving the bike in traffic and controlling it at low speeds on hills will be easier than ever. This engine is like a seasoned lion at its own pace, neither too fast nor too slow, but just right. Even on the highway, you’ll have no problem comfortably maintaining a speed of 100-120 km/h.

TRK 502 VS TRK 502X

It’s important to understand one important thing here. Benelli is offering this bike in two versions – the standard TRK 502 and the TRK 502X. What’s the difference? The difference lies in their off-road capability. The standard TRK 502 is mostly built for cities and good roads. It has a slightly lower ground clearance and is shod with street-biased tyres. On the other hand, the TRK 502X is for the true adventure enthusiast. It has a higher ground clearance, spoke wheels, and off-road friendly tyres.

Think of the TRK 502 as a friend who will take you to the office and on a weekend highway trip, while the TRK 502X is that lively friend who is ready to take you on any rough road, swamp or hill. You can choose between these two versions depending on your needs and sense of adventure.

FEATURES AND RIDE COMFORT

Only strength is enough for long journeys; comfort is equally important. Therefore, Benelli has made every effort to make the TRK 502 series comfortable. Its seat is very comfortable and wide, so you will feel less tired even after riding for hours. The windshield is adjustable, so you can set it according to your height to reduce air pressure. The digital instrument cluster gives you easy access to all the necessary information, such as speed, fuel level, trip meter, and gear indicator. Talking about features, it also has dual-channel ABS, which makes braking safer. Overall, this bike gives you everything a rider expects in today’s times, without any hassle.
