Sleeper Vande Bharat train will be special.
According to Indian Railways, the Sleeper Vande Bharat train is going to be very special, providing passengers with a comfortable journey. According to reports, it will be a 24-coach sleeper train. It will include Rajdhani-like 1AC, 2AC, and 3AC coaches. This will make long-distance passengers travel more comfortably than before.
It will feature several unique features reminiscent of aeroplanes. Most notably, it includes a safety armour system, a sh-proof design, and anti-climber features. Its ticket price will be slightly higher than the Rajdhani Express.
Five routes will be covered.
According to information received from Indian Railways, the Sleeper Vande Bharat will operate on longer routes. The Vande Bharat already operates over distances of approximately 700 to 800 kilometres. Connecting metropolitan cities with the capital Delhi will be a priority with the Sleeper Vande Bharat. According to sources, the first train is likely to run between Delhi and Kolkata.
This train will reach Delhi directly via Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. This could be a significant gift for the people of Bihar before the elections. Additionally, trains are expected to operate on the Delhi-Mumbai, Delhi-Ahmedabad, and Delhi-Lengaluru routes. A Delhi-Bhopal route may be considered. However, these routes have not yet been finalised. Initially, two trains are expected to run on each route.
