For information, let us tell you that from November 2025, Aadhar card holders will have to visit the contact centers only for fingerprint and iris scanning. You will be able to do all the rest of the updates sitting at home. UIDAI plans to link birth certificate, PAN card, driving license, passport, MNREGA card, ration card, etc., with facilities through this app.

What is e-Aadhaar?
E-Aadhaar is the digital version of your physical Aadhaar card, which can be downloaded in PDF format from the UIDAI website. This password is very safe. After which, its misuse will be reduced. To download e-Aadhaar, one has to go to the myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in website or the mAadhaar app.
