Balance check through the message

PF balance can be checked by sending an SMS. For this, you have to send a message to 7738299899 from your registered mobile number. If you want to know the balance in English, then write EPFO ​​UAN ENG in the message. On the other hand, if you want information in Hindi or any other language, then change the last three letters according to the language. For example, write EPFO ​​UAN HIN for Hindi and EPFO ​​UAN MAR for Marathi and send it.

Information will be received immediately through a missed call

It is also easy to check the PF balance through a missed call. For this, you have to give a missed call to 996604442 from your registered number. The call will be disconnected automatically, and after some time, you will get information about the PF account through SMS on your mobile.

Terms to be kept in mind

To know the balance through both these methods, your Aadhaar and PAN card must be linked to the PF account. Also, the UAN number should already be active. The most important thing is that there is no charge for checking the balance.
