New Delhi: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light near Humayun’s mausoleum in Nizamuddin, Delhi. A part of the roof and wall of a room built inside Dargah Sharif Patte Shah suddenly fell. 5 people have died in this big accident. While many people have been reported injured. It is also feared that many people are buried under the debris.
Among the dead, 3 women and 2 men have been confirmed dead. So far, about 11 people have been rescued and taken out of the debris. Seeing the bad condition of all, they have been admitted to the hospital. In the initial investigation, it was feared that 7 to 8 people were buried inside the debris. The number increased after the rescue.

People had gathered for Friday prayers.
After the incident, Advocate Mujeeb Ahmed said that we have come here on behalf of the Waqf Board. He said that today a large number of people had gathered here for Friday prayers. People from the colony and outsiders also come for namaaz, but today, due to the rain, people had gone inside. This roof was very old.
He alleged that ASI employees do not allow it to be repaired. Many times, the Dargah Committee had pleaded for it and said that water leaks from the roof.
