When will the DLC campaign start this year
Let us tell you that last year, 1.62 crore DLCs were deposited in the third Digital Life Certificate Campaign. This campaign was started in 845 cities. Now the Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare has decided that now the fourth Digital Life Certificate Campaign will be run. This will be started across the country from 1 to 30 November 2025. This time more than 1850 districts/cities/towns are included in this campaign. The target is to organize camps at 2500 places in this campaign.

The Pension Welfare Department gave instructions
For information, on July 30, the Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare has given instructions about the campaign through an office memorandum that this campaign will be organized in collaboration with the Department of Telecommunications, Railways, Department of Posts, EPFO, UIDAI, Pensioners Welfare Associations, CGDA, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Banks, and India Post Payments Bank. The objective of this campaign is to connect people living in remote areas with this campaign.

For information, Secretary of the Pension and Pensioners Welfare Department, V. Srinivas, has given information about the campaign to be organized, that camps will be organized in 1600 district / sub-divisional post offices through a vast network of rural postal workers, and IPPB will organize camps through its 1.8 lakh postmen.

Let us tell you that IVB provides door-to-door DLC service. 19 pension disbursing banks will also organize camps at more than 900 locations in 315 cities. Pension welfare associations will work to connect pensioners with the camps. Associated offices and departments such as the Ministry of Railways, Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Defense, and EPFO will organize camps at selected locations across the country.
