According to the website of the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of 995 purity gold on August 12 is Rs 99571 per 10 grams. Whereas, the cost of 916 (22 carat) purity gold is Rs 91573 per 10 grams. Along with this, the price of 750 (18 carat) purity gold is Rs 74978 per tola. At the same time, the cost of 585 (14-carat) purity gold is Rs 58,483 per 10 grams.

The India Bullion and Jewellers Association releases the rates of gold and silver from Monday to Friday. GST is not included in this. The prices are released by IBJA twice a day, once at noon and again at 5 pm. After the imposition of GST on gold jewellery, the prices have increased further.

In Delhi, the price of 24-carat gold is ₹1,015.00, and 22-carat gold is ₹93,050 per 10 grams.
