Tesla is rapidly expanding its presence in India. Just a month after opening its first showroom in Mumbai, the company is all set to open its second one. The new showroom is scheduled to open on August 11 and will be located in the national capital. Tesla’s move highlights its growing interest in the Indian electric vehicle market and signals a stronger retail push.
Tesla Showroom in Delhi
According to reports, Tesla has already started sending out invites for the launch of its new experience center in Delhi. The new Tesla showroom will be located near Indira Gandhi International Airport. It is expected to be housed in the Worldmark 3 building in Aerocity. Though the company has not made any official announcement, preparations are clearly underway for the grand opening next week.
First Look at the Delhi Showroom
Some early images of the under-construction showroom in Delhi were recently shared by a YouTube content creator. The pictures reveal a modern design with white interiors and glass doors. While Tesla has not publicly revealed the launch date or the final location, the ongoing activity and invite rollout confirm that the second Indian showroom is coming soon.
Tesla Model Y Details
Tesla has launched the Model Y in India for customers, available in two variants – RWD with 60kWh and 75kWh battery options. The 60kWh model offers a range of up to 500 kilometers on a full charge and is priced at ₹59.89 lakh (ex-showroom). The 75kWh version delivers up to 622 kilometers of range and costs ₹67.89 lakh (ex-showroom). Deliveries for the RWD variant are expected in Q3 2025, while the Long Range version may arrive in Q4 2025.
