What I see as the best option of these three is Tata Punch EV if you seek a proper mini vehicle with a good range and lots of features. Practical hatchbacks with good comfort will look good to offer choices, as in the Citroen eC3. But if you are mostly going to ply through cities and that too on the cheap and low running cost, then the MG Comet EV is a smart and fun choice.
