Mahindra SUV: Mahindra is preparing to launch a large wave of SUV upgrades for Indian consumers. Within the next few months, a number of models will receive new designs and features. These new models will not just be facelifts but newer-generation models of best-selling SUVs. Here’s what Mahindra has in store for 2025–26.
Bolero Neo Facelift
Mahindra will likely launch the facelifted Bolero Neo on August 15, 2025. The SUV has already been spotted in tests. The facelift will come with new designs, taking cues from the Thar Roxx. There will also be added features such as a sunroof, bigger touchscreen, premium dashboard and 6 airbags. But the engine will still be the same 1.5L diesel with 100 bhp and 260 Nm torque.
XUV7OO
Mahindra’s XUV7OO, the company’s top-of-the-line SUV, will also see a comprehensive update. Arriving in the first half of 2026, this W616 facelift will take its design cues from Mahindra’s electric SUVs such as the BE6. Features such as a new grille, LED headlamps, and new alloy wheels will be part of the changes. The existing petrol and diesel engines will remain.
Thar Facelift
Mahindra will also give the Thar a facelift in early 2026. Codenamed W515, this facelift will borrow design cues from the 5-door Thar Roxx. New design elements include a double-stacked grille, C-shaped LED headlamps, new bumpers, and alloy wheels. Interior features include a big touchscreen, sunroof, and a full digital instrument cluster. No engine option change is anticipated.
Scorpio N Facelift
Following the recent introduction of a new Scorpio N variant with ADAS and 10 safety features, Mahindra intends to give this SUV a mid-cycle facelift. Due in the second half of 2026, the update will extend ADAS to more variants. The facelift will also carry styling cues inspired by Mahindra’s future electric models. Mechanically, it will remain unchanged.
New-Gen Bolero
The brand-new Bolero will launch on August 15, 2025. Developed on the new Freedom NU platform, this SUV will feature significant upgrades in terms of design and features. It will feature a panoramic sunroof, ADAS, and a new-age touchscreen system. The designing will be influenced by Thar, but the interior components such as seats and dashboard will be sourced from Scorpio N. Engines will remain the same.
