Mahindra SUV:Mahindra is all set to shake up the Indian SUV market once again. With several new launches lined up over the next year, the brand is preparing a mix of powerful updates, futuristic EVs, and next-gen models. For SUV lovers waiting for something fresh and exciting, Mahindra’s upcoming lineup brings a strong mix of style, performance, and tech.
3-Door Mahindra Thar
Mahindra is preparing a facelifted version of the iconic three-door Thar. The SUV has been seen testing, suggesting an even more aggressive and stylish design. Drawing inspiration from the Thar Roxx, the update will introduce changes in bumpers, lighting, and alloy wheels. On the inside, the cabin is likely to be more upscale with a number of upgrades expected to enhance comfort and features.
Mahindra XUV700
The XUV700 is also receiving a new design. Test models are already on the roads, indicating new bumpers, light styling, and alloy wheels are imminent. Though signature features such as the flush door handles will remain, the cabin will be updated. A triple-screen dashboard, better materials, and fresh upholstery will contribute to the SUV’s appeal when it comes out early in 2026.
Mahindra XEV 7e
This is the electric version of the XUV700. Spotted in test form, it keeps the familiar body style but brings electric-only design cues. Expect a closed front grille, unique lighting, and more futuristic details. Built on Mahindra’s new INGLO platform, this SUV will offer fast charging and high-voltage battery tech. It’s likely to hit the market before the end of 2025 or early next year.
Mahindra XUV 3XO Electric
The electric variant of the XUV 3XO will occupy a place below the XUV400 in Mahindra’s EV hierarchy. Spotted on several occasions, the SUV will see a claimed range of about 450 km. While its design will largely resemble the ICE version, some slight changes will differentiate it as an EV. The timing for its launch should be shortly, perhaps within the calendar year.
Next-Gen Mahindra Bolero
A new ladder frame platform by Mahindra is arriving in August and might form the basis for the next-generation Bolero. Test vehicles wrapped in camouflage have also been spotted on the roads, indicative of quick development. However named, Bolero or Bolero Neo, the new SUV will offer a new perspective on Mahindra’s rugged and reliable workhorse.
