There is no need to go out to get Aadhaar cards made for children. You can get the blue Aadhaar card made from your home. UIDAI has now started the facility of making Aadhaar at home. For this, UIDAI officials will come to your home and help you get a blue Aadhaar made.

Blue Aadhar Card means Aadhar Card for children. According to a report, 90 per cent of the country’s total population has an Aadhar Card, which includes children as well. It means that there are still 10 per cent of people who do not have an Aadhar Card. You will have to apply for a Blue Card first. You can know the process below.

Process for Blue Aadhar Card

For this, first of all, you have to go to the official website of India Post Payments Bank.

After this, you have to click on the option of Service Request on the home page.

Then you will get two options in front. In these, you will need to choose the option of ‘IPPB Customers’.

Then you will see many other options.

Out of these, you will need to choose Child Aadhar Enrollment.

Then a form will appear as soon as you choose.

You will have to fill in the child’s name, address, mobile number and the address of the nearest post office in the form.

After filling the form, the post office employees will come to your house after 10 days, and will be able to complete the process of making an Aadhar card for the child.
