Aadhaar App – Union Communications and Electronics Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has announced the launch of a new Aadhaar Mobile App. The minister has claimed that this app will make the process of Aadhaar verification more comfortable, fast and secure than ever before. The new Aadhaar app will eliminate the need for users to carry any kind of hard copy or photo of Aadhaar.

What will you get in Aadhaar Mobile App?

Regarding the new Aadhaar app, the government says that the new Aadhaar app will do digital verification through face ID and QR scanning, that is, there will be no need for OTP on the mobile number for verification. The

new Aadhaar app will not share data without the permission of the users, that is, you will have complete control over your data.

Now there will be no need to give photocopies of documents for verification, that is, there will be no need to give photocopies at places like hotels, airports. The government claims that after the arrival of the new app, there will be no fraud related to Aadhaar. Aadhaar card cannot be edited by photoshopping.

Digital Aadhaar has been in use for a long time. Apart from this, Mask Aadhaar is already being used in places like hotels.
