How to Do e-KYC of Ration Card from Mobile

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Open Play Store
  2. Install the ‘Mera KYC’ app
  3. Install the ‘Aadhaar FaceRD’ app
  4. Open the App and Enter Location
  5. Open the ‘Mera KYC’ app
  6. Enter your location or state
  7. Enter Aadhaar Details
  8. Enter your Aadhaar number
  9. Fill the captcha code
  10. Enter the OTP received on your mobile
  11. Select Face e-KYC Option
  12. After your Aadhaar info shows on the screen
  13. Choose ‘Face e-KYC’ option
  14. Scan Your Face
  15. Your camera will open automatically
  16. Scan your face clearly
  17. Tap on the ‘Submit’ button
  18. e-KYC is Done
  19. After submitting, your e-KYC process will be completed

How to Check if e-KYC is Completed or Not

  • Open the ‘Mera KYC’ app
  • Enter your location
  • Enter Aadhaar number, captcha, and OTP

After login, check the status:

  • If it shows Status: Y, then your e-KYC is done
  • If it shows Status: N, then your e-KYC is not done
