While giving information in this regard by a senior official of the Indian Railways, it was said that the Railway Whatsapp Number will be very helpful in promptly resolving the complaints of railway passengers. Talking about its working process, if you ask for any help on the WhatsApp number issued by the railways, you will get an AI generated message, in which more information related to your problem will be sought and after sharing the entire thing, shortly after that a railway official will call you to resolve your problem immediately.
