Vande Bharat Express: Good news for train passengers. Especially if you like to travel by India’s first semi-high-speed train Vande Bharat Express, then this article will made your day. Vande Bharat train is one of the fastest trains in India. Currently, around 60 pairs of Vande Bharat Express trains are running on the tracks of India. Now Vande Bharat trains are being delivered to the far flung areas of the country. In this series, Vande Bharat will also be run under the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL) project.

Due to which people traveling between Jammu and Srinagar will save a lot of time. The journey from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra to Srinagar will be completed in just three hours. If we talk about it at present, it takes 6-7 hours by road. Let us tell you when the booking of Vande Bharat Express train from Katra to Srinagar will start.

The Vande Bharat Express starting from Katra to Srinagar will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi himself. Giving information about this, Union Minister Jitendra Singh said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the Vande Bharat train service from Katra to Jammu and Kashmir Srinagar on April 19. After that, booking for it will also start.

However, there is no official information from the railways in this regard. At present, Jammu railway station is under construction. Therefore, the services of Vande Bharat Express will start temporarily from Katra. Let us tell you that on January 23 this year, the trial run of Vande Bharat train was done for the first time by the Indian Railways from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra railway station to Srinagar railway station.

Fare

Fare for traveling in Vande Bharat Express will be decided according to the distance and type of coach. According to the information received at present, the fare of chair car to go from Katra to Srinagar can be between Rs 800 to Rs 1000. On the other hand, the fare of executive class can be between Rs 1600 to Rs 2000.
