The ATM cash withdrawal system has been upgraded to Interoperable Cardless Cash Withdrawal (ICCW). This system helps users to withdraw cash from ATMs using the UPI app instead of debit or credit cards. First of all, go to the ATM. Choose the Cardless Withdrawal or UPI Cash Withdrawal option in the ATM menu. You will see the option to provide identification through UPI. After this, open the UPI app on your mobile. You can use any UPI ID, like BHIM, Paytm, GPay, or PhonePe.

As soon as you open the UP app, scan the QR code shown in front of you. Your authentication will be done through UPI. Follow the instructions given in the UPI app. The process ahead is similar to withdrawing money from the card.

How much cash can you withdraw daily?

However, a daily limit has been set for withdrawing cash without a debit or credit card. You can withdraw Rs 5,000 per day. Now, if you want, you can withdraw these 5,000 in one go, or you can also do cardless transactions two or three times. However, some banks have set this limit to Rs 10,000 per day.
