Maruti Eeco: Maruti Suzuki is known for its affordable cars in the Indian market. With an aim to provide better products to its customers, the country’s largest car manufacturer is now offering standard 6 airbags in entry-level vehicles. After affordable cars like Alto K10 and Wagon R, Maruti has now decided to offer 6 airbags in Eeco as well.

Powerful changes in 2025 Maruti Eeco

This 5 and 6-seater Maruti car, which is available at a low price, will now come with 6 airbags from the base variant itself. Apart from this, the company has decided to offer it with Captain Seat. The big thing is that customers will no longer be able to buy Maruti Eeco in 7-seat layout. Currently available with 4 variant options, this affordable car will be available at an ex-showroom price of between ₹ 5.44 lakh to ₹ 6.70 lakh.

Interior and powerful features

Apart from adding Captain Seats and providing Standard 6 Airbags, Maruti has kept the Eeco the same as before. Customers can buy it with features like Semi-Digital Instrument Cluster, Reclining Front Seats, Multi-Trip Meter, Cabin Air Filter, Integrated Headrest, Front Power Window, 12V Accessory Socket, Manual AC with Heater, Sun Visor, Cabin Lamp, Rear Seat Headrest, Two-Speaker, ABS with EBD, Engine Immobilizer, Reverse Parking Sensor and Seat Belt Reminder.

Economical journey, powerful performance

Maruti offers it with the familiar 1.2 liter K-Series engine, which can be purchased in both petrol and CNG fuel options. Talking about the petrol option first, this engine combination produces 80.76PS of power and 104.4Nm of torque. At the same time, on the CNG fuel option, this power is reduced to 71.65PS. The peak torque also becomes 95Nm.

Mileage

Let us tell you that in both fuel options, this car is available only with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Talking about fuel efficiency, Maruti Eeco is capable of running up to 19.71 km in one liter of petrol and 26.78 km in one liter of CNG. Let us tell you that the price of its standard (O) 6-seater variant has not been revealed yet.
