Haryana News: If you are planning to buy a plot in NCR cities like Gurugram and Faridabad adjacent to the national capital Delhi and build a house, open a commercial market or educational institution, then this news has brought great news for you. In this regard, a good information has been shared by the state government (Haryana Govt) in the budget session of the Haryana Legislative Assembly.

The government will develop new sectors in 15 cities

There are 15 such cities including Gurugram, Faridabad, Nuh and Tawadu included in the NCR region, where the Naib Saini government of the state is preparing to develop new sectors. Here people will be able to buy plots to fulfill many other purposes including building their own house. The state government has made it clear that the plots that will be given in 41 new sectors will be residential. In these residential sectors, plots will be given for commercial market as well as institutional sites.

This will be the process

In response to a question asked by a Congress MLA in the budget session of the Haryana Assembly, the state government has clarified that now people will be given plots in these new sectors through auction and not through draw.

It will start from Panchkula

As a pilot project, Sectors 14, 16 and 22 of Kot-Billa Urban Complex Development Scheme of Panchkula and Sector 31 of Pinjore-Kalka Urban Development Scheme will be developed first. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Mahipal Dhanda said that the government is arranging land for all the new sectors through the e-Bhoomi portal. These sectors will be developed by the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HSVP).

It sounds like the Haryana government is focusing on the development of specific sectors within the Kot-Billa and Pinjore-Kalka Urban Complexes. The government plans to use the e-Bhoomi portal for land acquisition, ensuring a streamlined process. The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HSVP) will handle the development of these sectors, likely focusing on infrastructure, housing, and community amenities to improve urban living standards in these areas.
