Drink green tea
The antioxidants present in green tea help in weight loss. Apart from speeding up metabolism, it helps in burning excess fat from the body. Make it a habit to drink two to three cups of green tea a day, especially in the morning. Apart from green tea, you can also consume herbal tea.
Fiber and probiotics are important
Include fiber and probiotics in summer. Eat yogurt, fruits, salads and whole grains daily. Fiber keeps the stomach full for a long time and prevents overeating. Probiotics keep the digestive system healthy and boost the body’s metabolism, which helps in weight loss.
