Haryana Government Important Decision: Now doctors working in Haryana’s civil hospitals can take appointment from their homes. The government (Haryana Govt) has issued toll-free number 104 for this. On Friday, Health Minister Arti Rao released this number and informed that health related complaints can also be registered on this number.
This facility will provide great convenience to the patients. If a patient has to take an appointment with the doctor in advance, then he can take an appointment by dialing this number. This will also get rid of the long lines in hospitals.
Complaints will be registered from this number
E-tele medicine services will also be linked to it. If a patient has any problem or problem related to health facilities, then he will be able to register his complaint on this number. The complainant will be contacted by the department within 5 days. Every effort will be made to resolve the problems faced by the patient.
Information about medicines will also be available
He informed that through this number, information about medicines can also be obtained, where there is a shortage of doctors, it will be fulfilled soon in those hospitals. More than 550 doctors will be appointed in the state soon. On this occasion, Additional Chief Secretary of Health Department Sudhir Rajpal, Director General Health Services Dr. Manish Bansal, Director of National Health Mission Dr. Virendra Yadav, Dr. Kuldeep Singh along with other officials were present.
