2025 Ducati Panigale V4 Engine and Specifications:

The 7th gen Panigale V4 comes with an updated 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine, which now complies with Euro 5 emission norms. The engine generates 218 bhp of power at 13,450 rpm and 128 nm of peak torque at 11,269 rpm.

Ducati has managed to reduce the engine weight by 1 kg while improving performance. The valve clearance check interval is 24,000 km.

The top variant Panigale V4 S gets Ohlins electronic suspension at both ends. The motorcycle rides on Piretti Thiyablo Supercorsa V4 tyres with 120/70-ZR17 front and 200/60-ZR17 rear setup. Braking duties are handled by dual 330 mm semi-floating front discs with Brembo HyperPure monoblock calipers, while the rear gets a 245 mm disc brake.

Ducati has also introduced a redesigned aluminium alloy chassis that is claimed to reduce weight by 18%. Additionally, the conventional single-sided swingarm has been replaced with a new double-sided swingarm that is claimed to reduce stiffness by 36% while reducing the overall weight by 2.7 kg.

2025 Ducati Panigale V4 Features:

Coming to the features now, the bike gets a refreshed front end which is inspired by the iconic Ducati 916 and Desmosedici GP bikes. The aggressive headlamp design of the previous model has been replaced by sleek LED headlights packed in a redesigned fairing with aerodynamic winglets.

As Ducati’s flagship superbike, the Panigale V4 is equipped with a large set of electronic aids. A new feature called Race ECBS (Electronic Combined Braking System) has been introduced, which allows partial rear braking when the front brake is engaged. This system considers factors such as lean angle and throttle input to optimize braking performance.

The motorcycle features a new 6.9-inch TFT display and a varieties of lists for rider aids, including traction control, launch control, wheelie control, cruise control, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), multiple riding and power modes, a bi-directional kickshifter, and cornering ABS.

Additionally, Ducati has made ergonomic refinements, including changes to the fuel tank, seat, footpegs and contact points across the front for improved rider comfort and control.

7th Gen Ducati Panigale V4 Price and Competitors:

With the new changes and improvements, the 2025 model is expected to be priced higher. However, The current Panigale V4 is priced at Rs. 28.13 lakhs (ex-showroom) for the base model and goes upto Rs. 33.96 lakhs (ex-showroom) for the top-end variant V4 S.

Well, The 2025 Ducati Panigale V4 will compete directly with the BMW S 1000 RR in the Indian market.

As a superbike fan I’m very excited for this bike launch and running on the Indian roads. It’ll surely gonna be interesting to see how much sales this bike can record after its launch in the Indian market which is a main concern because, these bikes are falls in a premium price category as a result, so many almost 95% of the people can’t afford such bikes due to this the Superbikes market in India is very limited currently.
